In earlier times, the Seigneurs shared the lands of Oléron and were already cultivating the vine in1150 AD. The terroir, with its oceanic climate and sunshine, is ideal for this wine’s Sauvignon grape.

Certified NF VO1-005 [Farm Management Standard], agricultural practices employed in making this wine are mastered and controlled. That means practices are measured and treatments adapted to the climatic variations of each vintage, with complete tracibility from vine to bottle. Pressing with membrane press and vinification in entirely temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Yellow colour with silver tints.
Flowers and white fruit on the nose.
Light and dashing in the mouth, it’s a well-balanced white.
Enjoy chilled between8 and10°C.

To be enjoyed as an aperitifand with a starter of small grilled squid, seafood or oysters. Also to be experienced with a curried cream Monkfish, a gratin of mussels and whelks, or with fresh goat’s cheese.
